•Only tables will be provided, vendors can bring their own tents.
•You may NOT distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind without approval of event committee.
 •The event committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be haram or considered unsuitable to sell at this event. •Event hosts are unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any equipment other than their own. (Make sure your booth is always tended to). 
•Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area.
